Looking for greater satisfaction in an existing role? Taking on a new challenge at work? Navigating a career change? I will work with you to put in place a mindset that serves you, the organisational tools you need to succeed and the language to reach the people who need to hear you.
I combine experience of reviewing hundreds of CVs while recruiting to over 20 roles, with extensive bid writing (writing proposals and applications for funding). Together we’ll craft you a powerful template CV and then tailor it to specific job applications, getting you into the role where you can make the difference you want to make.
Having twice returned to work from a year of parental leave, I know how tricky this transition can be and how much I benefited from coaching. A structured 4 session program to support you to hit the ground running at work, while retaining the energy you need to be the parent you want to be.
